How do I join a clinical trial?

1

Contact Us and Pre-Screening

Send us a secure message by filling out the form below or give us a call.

A Lumos team member will promptly reach out to you to speak to you about your interest in participating in a clinical trial.

We’ll answer any questions you may have and then work with you over the phone itself to conduct a quick confidential questionnaire to ascertain your eligibility for one of our clinical trials.

You will then be pre-qualified for a study and be scheduled for an in-person screening visit at our office.

2

Office Screening Visit

During your in-person visit at our office, you will sign a study consent form and begin the process of enrolling in the study. This will involve medical and psychological exams required by the study as well as a detailed walk-through the study protocols ( ie, study procedures and expectations). Your doctor will sit with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have and help coordinate future visits.

You can expect to have continued access to the Lumos Doctors and Medical Professionals throughout your participation in the study as they work to ensure your continued safety and comfort. You will also receive the investigative medical treatment ( or device) at no cost and will be compensated for your time and travel.
